Destination of the Week: London!

And I'm not talking London, Ontario. That's right folks, I am currently in London, England (for 5 days)!!! After travelling 7100 km and taking a 10 hour 10 min plane ride (including 1 hour stop in St. Lucia) to London from Trinidad and Tobago I am in my second region. It costed about $1300..... A lot, I know, but I HAD to come here and I'm glad I did. The time is 5 hours ahead of that in Mississauga, but overall it wasn't that bad of a change and didn't have much impact on my trip. There is so much to see, which can be overwhelming to plan so i loosely followed the five day planner from londondrum.com. By "loosely" I mean that I excluded some things i.e. history, science and maritime museums. What I did see were popular tourist attractions i.e. Big Ben, House of Parliament, Westminster Abbey, Buckingham palace and the Tower Bridge. In London I found that there is a variety of cuisine's and I chose to eat at a spanish restaurant called "Como 3". I highly recommend it if you're ever in the city and you like spanish food, you won't disappointed.
